• 08h30 : Ouverture des portes
• 09h00 : Shinai check
• 10h00 : Début de la compétition
• 16h00 : Fin prévisionnelle
• 20h00 : Sayonara Party
   
  COMPÉTITION :

• Compétition par équipe de 3
• Etre âgé de 18 ans minimum au moment de la compétition
• Pas de grade minimum
• Sanbon shobu
  La compétition se déroulera selon les mêmes règles d’arbitrage des compétitions nationales, seul le temps pourra éventuellement être ajusté selon le nombre de participants

Si vous êtes seul(e) pour la compétition merci d’envoyer un mail à ines.loidi@hotmail.fr, nous verrons ensemble la possibilité de créer une équipe avec d’autres ronin.
Nous remercions la présence de NISHI GUMA BUDO-GU qui aura un shop sur place et qui offrira des récompenses aux gagnants.

RESTAURATION : 

• En collaboration avec le restaurant Itadakizen (tenu par une de nos pratiquante) , des bentos végétariens sont proposés pour un montant de 12€ (via ce formulaire d’inscription uniquement, aucun bento ne sera vendu sur place).
• En collaboration avec le Rush Bar, une buvette sera disponible pour les boissons / snacks / fruits.
• Des supermarchés se trouvent également à proximité du gymnase.

• 08:30 a.m.: Doors open
• 09:00 a.m.: Shinai check
• 10:00 a.m.: Start of the competition
• 4:00 p.m.: Provisional end
• 8:00 p.m.: Sayonara (places to come)

COMPETITION:

• Team competition of 3
• Be at least 18 years old at the time of the competition
• No minimum rank
• Sanbon shobu
• The competition will take place according to the same rules of arbitration of national competitions, only the time can possibly be adjusted according to the number of participants

If you are alone for the competition please send an email to ines.loidi@hotmail.fr, we will see together the possibility of creating a team with other ronin.
